Wet Blasting Machines: This wet abrasive blasting is the method which blasts a slurry of water and abrasive at high velocity through a mixing gun. The abrasive in the slurry is accelerated by compressed air as it flows out from the mixing gun, and hits the work surface with very high speed. The abrasive grinds the work and removes foreign materials from the surface fo the metal. The water washes and cleans the surface.
Applications include; Scale removal, Grinding, Deburring, Surfacing, Finishing and other special uses. Processes are performed without scratching or flawing the target material. A uniform satin-mat finish is created. It can strengthen and improve quality of material due to peening effect.
